In my project i want to focus on three main characteristics of the city and how to reshape them to improve Terezín. Firstly, I would like to focus on public space, urban furniture and in general giving the streets back to the people. That is closely connected to the second topic, which is traffic. This includes traffic restriction and the use of cobblestones through the city, making it more walkable. Lastly I would like to focus on a new characteristic of the city, moving away from the infamous ghetto reputation, focusing on becoming a city of culture. That would be possible thanks to a multicultural center in one of the empty former army buildings.
